About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Dry Source Property Restoration in Deerfield, WI. As a Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in responding to and mitigating water damage and mold remediation for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company and make a real difference in our customers' lives.


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency water damage and mold remediation calls
  • Assess and document the extent of damage to residential and commercial properties
  • Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes
  • Conduct mold remediation and removal in accordance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective mitigation processes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in water damage restoration and mold remediation preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • IICRC certification a plus
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
