About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Dry Source Property Restoration in Deerfield, WI. As a Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in responding to and mitigating water damage and mold remediation for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company and make a real difference in our customers' lives.

Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency water damage and mold remediation calls
Assess and document the extent of damage to residential and commercial properties
Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes
Conduct mold remediation and removal in accordance with industry standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective mitigation processes

Requirements:

Previous experience in water damage restoration and mold remediation preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
IICRC certification a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
